Give people a reason to come to work, not just a place to go to work.

Millennials want what every generation that has come before them wants — to feel that they matter, that their work matters and that they are contributing to something bigger than themselves. The only difference is that Millennials are the first generation with the guts to ask for it and to expect it.

The trends show that Millennials aren’t loyal to their employers — that they expect to jump ship every two to three years for the next new job or opportunity. This trend is a symptom of the environments they are in and not convention. In others words, this Millennial cycle can be broken. The reason Millennials are using their employers is because their employers are using them. It’s not that they want to leave, they simply don’t have a good reason to stay. Make them feel valued and valuable and you will get them for life.

By 2025, Millennials will make up 75% of the global workforce. This page is dedicated to Millennials and the people who lead them.
